Delivery & payment
Orders are not paid online – we agree the terms with you individually.
How payment works
After placing an order you immediately receive an order summary in PDF. Our sales team contacts you within one business day, confirms stock and issues an invoice. Payment is by bank transfer on the agreed terms.
Delivery times
- Items in stock are prepared within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery in Lithuania takes 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.
- For larger quantities or special sizes we agree the lead time separately.
Collection
Contact our sales team to arrange collection. We let you know by email when the order is ready.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Items made to order with a company logo cannot be returned.
