Terms of purchase

1. General provisions

The shop serves legal entities. By placing an order the customer confirms acting on behalf of the company and being entitled to do so.

2. Placing an order

An order is placed when the customer fills in the required company details and clicks “Submit order”. No online payment is taken.

3. Prices

All catalogue prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices including VAT can be shown with the switch. The final price is confirmed in the invoice.

4. Conformity

All protective equipment meets the stated EN ISO standards. Declarations of conformity are provided on request.

5. Liability

The customer is responsible for correct company and delivery details. The seller is not liable for the consequences of a wrong size chosen by the customer.
